絕緣電壓擊穿試驗儀整機組成：

1、介電擊穿強度試驗儀安裝時應(yīng)具有獨立的接地線。
2、在開機前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。
3、儀器不能在有強烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。
4、試驗環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間，相對濕度60％到70％之間
5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響，屬正常現(xiàn)象。
6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進(jìn)行放電，放電時間5秒以上。

7、每次進(jìn)行試驗前，必須檢查儀器接地。

絕緣電壓擊穿試驗儀注意事項：

1、試驗過程中不能讓無關(guān)人員靠近，因本試驗儀器可產(chǎn)生較高的電壓，未經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)的人員不能使用該設(shè)備。試驗時要有監(jiān)護(hù)人員，不要單人使用。以防萬一發(fā)生意外情況。

2、長時間不使用設(shè)備，在再使用時，先讓儀器空載加壓一次，即把高壓電極的接線從均壓球上取下。查看計算機試驗界面，看看高壓電壓是否正常。

3、試驗中發(fā)生意外情況要及時切斷電源，問題處理后才能繼續(xù)試驗。

4、設(shè)備安放要平穩(wěn)，安放的地面要堅固。是水泥地面以免產(chǎn)生共振。

5、該設(shè)備在使用中外殼要接保護(hù)地線，既設(shè)備外殼接大地,以保護(hù)操作人員和設(shè)備運行的安全。

6、使用完設(shè)備后，要關(guān)掉系統(tǒng)各部分電源，不準(zhǔn)帶電插拔電源線。

7、要按規(guī)定的電源電壓接入設(shè)備。確保電路接線正確。否則會損壞設(shè)備。

8、該儀器需安置在室內(nèi)，實驗室應(yīng)整潔、干燥、無腐蝕性介質(zhì)，非相關(guān)人員不要隨意操作。
